Rent, Fees & Leasing Process

Rent and Fees 
  • 1-bedroom units at $1,600 - $1900

  • 2-bedroom units at $1,800 - $2100

  • Lower Listed price is for 3 month stay 

  • $45 Tenant Screening (waived if agency responsible for rent)

  • $800 Security Deposit 

  • $125 Cleaning Fee

  • $75 Pet Fee (Pets limited to 1 dog 50-lbs or less and cats OK)

  • Online payment via our property management software, Innago are free for e-checks and ACH. Credit/debit cards allowed with processing fee.

Leasing Process

  1. Confirm Availability: Contact us to confirm dates are available.

  2. Application and Tenant Screening via Innago: We do not charge an Application Fee. However, all applicants 18 and older must submit a tenant screening which includes credit, criminal, eviction and income verification. Tenant Screening is paid directly to Innago.  Please note that this is a “soft pull” on your credit and will not affect your credit score.

  3. Rental Agreement Signing: Once approved, a Rental Agreement will be presented via email. The Security Deposit will be due after Rental Agreement signing.

  4. Rent/Fee Due Dates: The Hold/Security Deposit is due at signing. The first rental payment, Cleaning Fee and Pet Fee are due 3 full business days before move-in, and on the 1st of the month thereafter.
