Online payment via our property management software, Innago are free for e-checks and ACH. Credit/debit cards allowed with processing fee.
Leasing Process

Confirm Availability: Contact us to confirm dates are available.

Application and Tenant Screening via Innago: We do not charge an Application Fee. However, all applicants 18 and older must submit a tenant screening which includes credit, criminal, eviction and income verification. Tenant Screening is paid directly to Innago. Please note that this is a “soft pull” on your credit and will not affect your credit score.

Rental Agreement Signing: Once approved, a Rental Agreement will be presented via email. The Security Deposit will be due after Rental Agreement signing.

Rent/Fee Due Dates: The Hold/Security Deposit is due at signing. The first rental payment, Cleaning Fee and Pet Fee are due 3 full business days before move-in, and on the 1st of the month thereafter.
