Eastlake Properties knows you love your pets and often travel with them.  These properties are pet friendly.  However, we do require that your pet be disclosed on your application, as the HOA only allows one pet that is 50 pounds or less. Although there your pup will not be put on a scale, we do encourage those with very large breeds to find better suited housing. We also make acceptions for those with 2 cats as long as they are indoor only pets.  There is a non-refundable pet fee of $75.

 

Although Service Animals and ESA's are not required to be disclosed on the application per US law, we do encourage you to notify us.  Different units are suited better than others for your animal and want to make sure you have the best unit to fit your needs. Pet fees are happily waived.
