Ballentine Lake House

The outdoor space is set up for easy lakefront living with a private dock, fire pit area, picnic table, hammock, porch swing, and multiple seating areas throughout the property. The upper-level screened porch overlooks the lake and connects directly to the main living area, while the lower-level covered patio provides shaded access to the backyard and waterfront. Guests also have access to kayaks, fishing gear, and other recreational items for enjoying Lake Murray. Lawncare is provided by the landlord for a stress free stay. Note: Electric is included up to $200 and water up to $75; any mounts over will be invoiced separately. Landlord uses Innago property managmemt software for application, tenant screening, deposit and rent collection.
